EXECUTIVE COMMITEE

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

The Section Internationale, La Celle-Saint-Cloud & Noisy-le-Roi is run by APESEB (Association des Parents d’Elèves de la Section Britannique), a non-profit organisation made up of parent volunteers.

Meet the current Committee members

President

Marie-Hélène GODINOT has been a member of the committee since 2012. It is essential for her to offer her three kids  a bi-lingual and bi-cultural education in France for them to leverage on their fluency in English gained during their 12 years abroad. She was happy to find a dynamic and serious international section in La Celle-Saint-Cloud where they then decided to live. After more than 10 years experience in all strategic HR aspects, mainly Training and Career Development, for telco companies in Paris and Singapore, she started to work in London for various voluntary organisations. Since her return to Paris in September 2012, she is a career coach for La Ligue contre le Cancer and other charities, helping people going back to work after a long disease.

Vice President

Hervé BESAUCÈLE is the association’s vice-president and has been a member of the committee since 2012. He spent 12 years in San Diego, California where his two children were raised. Both of them attend the international section, his daughter in 4ème in Noisy-le-Roi and his son in première at Lycée Corneille. Hervé holds a Ph.D in Physics from the University of Strasbourg and is currently Chief Technical Officer at Excico, a hi-tech company developing laser equipment used for the manufacturing of micro-electronic devices.

Geoffroy GOFFINET has been a member of the Association since 2016 and joined the Committee in 2017.  Geoffroy completed his Finance degree at Bangor University in Wales and then joined Banque de France. Marketing Committee
Cécile CHEVALIER-ROTTMAN has been a member of the Association since 2013, and involved in the community since 2014. She joined the Committee in 2016. After two years spent in Boston with her family, it was essential for her to offer her two kids  a bi-lingual and bi-cultural education. Also, an ongoing involvement with the Section Internationale’s community was self-evident. With over 15 years managing marketing, communication and strategy for banks and consulting companies, she offered to contribute what little time she could to the Marketing Committee to bolster the visibility of this bilingual program.

Michelle JOSSERAND has been a member of the Association since 2008 and joined the Executive Committee in 2011. She serves as treasurer and is charge of recruitment and staffing. Born in Montana, Michelle completed her bachelors degree at Montana State University and then obtained a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from the School of Medicine at Stanford University. She moved to France in 1997 to do post-doctoral research at the Institut Pasteur and was then hired by the Division of Research and Innovation at L’Oréal where she is currently employed. Michelle has two children both of whom are in the Section Internationale in La Celle-Saint-Cloud.

Alexandra DENIZET is in Marketing committee. Her family moved to La Celle St Cloud in July 2013 from London where they had been living for 3 years. Her goal for 2014-2015 was to create a Section Internationale, La Celle St Cloud & Noisy, student directory to link parents and enable more parents to volunteer. Alex is from Long Island, New York but visits her family in New Jersey and Southern Vermont. Professionally, she started working in Paris, in banking, after graduating from Mount Holyoke College. She worked for Compagnie Parisienne de Réescompte and Société Générale. She worked in communication & advertising at Select Communications (Paris & New York) and at the French Government Tourist Office in NY.
