Notre ASSOCIATION

Our aim is to enrich our students’ education by providing them with a bilingual, bicultural approach to their studies. We focus on enabling each child to achieve his or her potential in English, in tandem and in complement to their French national curriculum studies, equipping them with the necessary skills to succeed in a global society.

La Section Internationale accorde une importance primordiale aux bonnes relations et à l’entraide entre le personnel enseignant, les élèves et leurs familles. Le respect mutuel et le soutien prônés par notre organisation créent un environnement chaleureux et de confiance, qui sont essentiels au bien-être de tous nos élèves.
APESEB (Association des Parents d’Elèves de la Section Britannique) was established in 2002 to run the Section Internationale at Collège Pasteur in La Celle-Saint-Cloud. Since its creation, APESEB has expanded and now runs the Section Internationale classes on four different sites:
  • Primary Integrated (PIP) & Externé (PEP) Programmes at Pasteur Primary School, La Celle-St-Cloud for CP to CM2 (Monday-Tuesday-Thursday-Friday – no school on Wednesdays)
  • Primary Wednesday Programme (PWP) at Pasteur Primary School, La Celle-St-Cloud, for Grande Section to CM2,
  • Programme Intégré au Collège Pasteur, La Celle-St-Cloud,
  • Integrated Secondary at Collège Jean Baptiste de la Quintinye, Noisy-le-Roi,
  • Programme Intégré au Lycée Corneille, La Celle-St-Cloud.
L’association propose aussi les cours,  Anglais Après la Classe, destinés aux enfants francophones désireux d’apprendre et de pratiquer l’anglais.
The Association is a non-for-profit organisation run by parent volunteers, in addition to the small part-time administrative staff. Fees cover wages for teachers, an Admissions Manager, an HR & Operations Manager and Accountant, as well as the teaching materials. APESEB is committed to employing native English speakers and the experienced teaching staff hails from Great Britain, Ireland, Australia, Canada and the United States.
